Kweighbaye Kotee is a Liberian-American filmmaker, writer, producer, and founder of the Bushwick Film Festival. Since founding the festival in 2007, she has grown it into a leading platform for independent filmmakers and emerging voices from around the world. Her work spans film, media, entrepreneurship, and cultural leadership, and she has spoken at organizations including TEDx, Google, JPMorgan Chase, SAG-AFTRA, Blackstone, and universities across the United States.
