Alyson Greenfield, AMLC Program Director

Alyson Greenfield is a singer/songwriter, rapper, composer, and choreographer whose projects have been seen and/or heard on Fox, Lifetime TV, WNYC, The New Yorker, AM New York, HuffPost, Teen Vogue, People Magazine, and more.  She is the Founder of the Tinderbox Music Festival, an event which showcased emerging female-identified musicians from all over the world, while giving back to NYC nonprofits empowering young women through the arts. The festival showcased more than 100 artists in its four-year run, while garnering press from The New York Times, Time Out New York, Billboard, Glamour, and more. Greenfield holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from The University of Alabama, and a B.A. in English with a Minor in Women's Studies from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to having served on the faculty at Hunter College, Brooklyn College, and The University of Alabama, she also has produced a series of Arts Empowerment Workshops for In-Service NYC Educators in conjunction with Columbia University Teachers College and NYC Arts Institutions including Jazz at Lincoln Center, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, The Apollo Theater, Lincoln Center Education, El Museo del Barrio, The Museum of the City of New York, and more. Currently Greenfield is the Director of the Arts Management and Leadership Certificate Program at Hunter College where she also serves as a Distinguished Lecturer in Arts Management.

Noël Masal, AMLC Administrative Program Assistant

Noël Masal is a Hunter College Art History and Arts Management alumnus. She is a visual artist, actor, and musician born and raised in New York City. Her passions include fostering Hunter’s rich art community, and she enjoys collaborating with other theatre artists to create new, heartfelt productions

Sana Majchrzyk, AMLC Communications Manager

Sana Rodriguez-Majchrzyk is a Mexican-American designer, educator, and native New Yorker. She has six years of experience in graphic design including print and digital, as well as web design, and video editing. She is passionate about exploring the connection between design, education and social services.
