Jason Lipshutz is the co-chief content officer at Billboard, where he has written about music for over a decade and penned cover stories on Taylor Swift, U2, Blink-182, Olivia Rodrigo, Bon Iver and Lorde, among others. He is also the author of 'It Starts With One: The Legend and Legacy of Linkin Park,' released in 2024 through Hachette Books. His second book, 'A Whole Lotta History: One Direction and The Sound That Shaped a Generation,' will be released in November 2026 through Atria Books. He lives in New Jersey
